WILLIAM H. PARKINSON

William is a civil law specialist with his practice focusing on the areas of personal injury and landlord and tenant. He qualified as a mature student at UCL having previously worked in the deep mines of the Lancashire coalfields. He has a well founded personal experience of, and a keen interest in, heavy industry, building, construction and engineering practices and their application to the health and safety at work legislation.

PERSONAL INJURY

His personal injury practice encompasses accidents at work, slips/trips, road traffic accidents, low velocity impacts, credit hire and fatal accidents in both the fast track and multi track.

He has a wealth of experience in cases where allegations of fraud are raised by the defendants. 

LANDLORD AND TENANT

His landlord and tenant experience includes advising and representing clients in the County Court and High Court on possession, service charge arrears, forfeiture of leases and disrepair.
